Rapala Shad Rap Elite

The Rapala Shad Rap Elite is the evolution of the worldwide favorite Shad Rap crankbait and comes in two models in fish-catching natural baitfish profiles. These floating crankbaits are made of premium balsa and incorporate modern wire-through construction to maximize casting distance and durability. They build on the tried-and-tested qualities of the Shad Rap and mimic baitfish found all over the world. The lure's action ranges from a wide wobble to a tight shimmy when retrieved at varying speeds. The Shad Rap Elite is equipped with VMC's 75 Series treble hooks, which feature an extra-sharp Needle Point designed to help land large, spirited fish. The Rapala Shad Rap Elite 75 is the larger of the two, stretching 3 in. long and weighing 7/16 oz., while the Rapala Shad Rap Elite 55 is 2 1/4 in. and 1/4 oz. Both dive directly over the strike zone - cast and retrieve slowly for wider, slower wobbling action; speed burn toward the boat, pause, and speed burn again for tighter action. The Shad Rap Elite is a highly effective freshwater bait that catches a wide range of species, from panfish to muskies. It features premium, high-definition color patterns and a metallic-gilded face, giving it a natural, game-changing appearance. This bait is designed for tighter action and is perfect for any angler looking to up their fishing game.
