Rapala Shallow Shad Rap

The Rapala Shallow Shad Rap drives bass into a feeding frenzy. These Shad Rap crankbaits are ideal for fishing in skinny water and feature an L-shaped lip that keeps the shad bait just below the surface. Hand-tuned and tank-tested, expect the perfect wounded-minnow wobble to trigger strikes. Cast the Shallow Shad Rap, let the ripples fade, and begin a slow and alluring retrieve. Some of our regulars tell us this Rapala crankbait is equally effective when twitching, jerking, or trolling it slowly. The next time your go-to lure fails you, tie on the Rapala Shallow Shad Rap and let a slow, enticing retrieve produce results.
